Returns & Refunds
At Vibrant Glamour, we're committed to delivering premium, FDA-approved, 100% authentic skincare products, including our Retinol Serum, Retinol Cream, Retinol Essence Toner, Vitamin C Serum, and Vitamin C Cream. However, we understand that sometimes things might not go as planned. That’s why we’ve put in place a fair and transparent returns and refunds policy for our customers, primarily in the Philippines.
How to Request a Return
If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you may request a return within 7 days of receipt. Please note that due to the nature of our cosmetics, we only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
You can request a return by:
1. Email us at support@vibrantglamour.me with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Please wait for a response and return authorization before sending any items back. We may also provide you with a return label, depending on the circumstances.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued based on your original payment method (COD or Transfer).
Shipping
We provide free shipping on all our products. In case of returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. If your refund is approved, the original shipping cost will not be included in your refund.
Please note, if the product is returned due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Authenticity
We guarantee 100% authenticity of all our products. If you have any concerns about the authenticity of any item you have purchased from us, please get in touch with our customer support team right away.
